Strada's Epitome originated in his own collection of coins and medals ... Fugger on title vo. and almost 500 white-on-black woodcuts of coins and medals with fine emperor portraits (97 medaillons contain names only). New blindpressed calf in contemp. style. - Errata leaf trimmed to lower margin. Well preserved copy. Large bookplate of Rudolph Valentino.
