Erste Ausgabe des Vorläufers zu Jacquins Collectanea. Die Sammlung enthält verschiedene Artikel von Jacquin und befreundeten Wissenschaftlern zu neuen Forschungen, hauptsächlich auf dem Gebiet der Botanik. Besonders wichtig ist der Beitrag von F. X. von Wulfen Plantae rariores Carinthiacae . Die prachtvollen und sorgfältig kolorierten Kupfertafeln mit Darstellung verschiedener Pflanzen stellen zumeist bisher unbeschriebene Species dar und sind bedeutend für die botanische Forschungsgeschichte und Nomenklatur. Eine Tafel mit entomologischer Darstellung.
