With woodcut title vignette and printer's device. Contemp. vellum, richly blind-tooled. - Lacking 3 ll. in the first part (I/2-4). Title l. with marginal defect (no loss of printed matter), slightly stained and browned in places. Binding bowed and stained, spine and joints wormed. Copy with autogr. ownership entry from the 17th century "Petri Henrici Fabri", dated 1680.
